Job summary

Chart Industries is seeking an independent, results-oriented technician to provide service, training, and technical support for cryogenic applications including mobile vehicles manufactured by the D&S Division. You will work to ensure quality service, detailed reporting, and close collaboration with customers and supervisors.

Preferred 2+ years of welding/mechanical experience, strong ability to read schematics, and familiarity with MS Office and JD Edwards.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma/Certification in welding or maintenance preferred.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and JD Edwards.
• Experience reading electrical and plumbing schematics is a plus.
• Welding experience and ability to work in field service environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, quality service to customers by phone or site visits.
• Prepare detailed service reports and maintain tools/test equipment.
• Coordinate with supervision and troubleshoot control systems.
• Read electrical/plumbing schematics and test with meters.
• Install equipment and adhere to ISO 9000 standards.
