Job summary

Chart Industries is seeking an independent, results-oriented technician to provide field service, training, and technical support for cryogenic equipment at customer sites in the U.S. and abroad.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma/Certification in welding or maintenance is required.
• Experience reading electrical and plumbing schematics preferred.
• Welding and field service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and continuous quality service to the customer, by phone or site visits when necessary.
• Coordinate with management on customer communication and expectations.
• Prepare detailed service reports after site visits or tests.
• Maintain tools and test equipment used for commissioning/service.
• Read and interpret electrical and plumbing schematics for diagnostics.
• Coordinate, perform and report testing results as required by instructions.
• Observe safety procedures and comply with ISO standards.
