Job summary

Genentech, Inc. in South San Francisco is seeking a cryoEM/cryoET expert to join as System Specialist II. You will deliver high-resolution cryoEM maps to support drug discovery and basic research while training users across the workflow from sample prep to data processing.

You will operate Titan Krios and Glacios with SelectrisX detectors, collaborate with Roche/Genentech teams, and drive protocol improvements using state-of-the-art HPC and data management practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in cryoEM/cryoET workflows and data processing pipelines.
• Ability to train users across the workflow from sample prep to data processing.
• Experience supporting drug discovery and basic research with cryo-EM techniques.
