Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Summit, NJ is seeking a Team Lead for Value Stream Cryo Operations to supervise cryopreservation, LN2 storage management, and material handling in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing setting. You will lead a team of Specialists, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvement in cryo processes and documentation.

The role oversees training, performance metrics, deviations investigations, and cross-functional collaboration with HR and site

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for execution of Cell Therapy production activities in compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Drives a strong safety culture and participates in Gemba walks.
• Oversees production documentation and ensures accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
