Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Team Lead, Value Stream Cryo Operations to provide tactical leadership for cryopreservation and LN2 storage at the Summit, NJ facility. You will oversee operations across production areas to ensure compliant execution and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include driving safety, ALCOA+ documentation, training oversight, and cross-functional collaboration with HR and management.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in supply chain, engineering, life sciences, or related field.
• 3+ years in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing; leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cGMPs, ALCOA+ and manufacturing documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute Cell Therapy production activities in compliance with cGMPs, SOPs and work instructions.
• Maintain safety culture and conduct routine Gemba walks.
• Oversee batch records review (BRR) and EBR; ensure accuracy and resolution of discrepancies.
• Maintain cryopreservation operations, LN2 storage, and inventory control.
• Lead training, staffing, and cross‑functional collaboration to support operations.
