Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum eight (8) years of relevant professional work experience.
• Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) production environment.
• Experience leading teams, developing talent, and championing diversity and inclusion.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to effectively influence in all directions.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Cryopreservation/MOI/QCCB operations for a personalized cell therapy, supporting both clinical and commercial requirements.
• Build and maintain an environment of innovative continuous improvement, focusing on quality, value creation, performance management, and capacity.
• Lead managers and operations personnel working in the Value Stream, including hiring and developing people at all levels to grow within and beyond their current roles.
• Partner effectively with all functions including Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Operations Support to ensure seamless execution of planned activities.
• Develop, coordinate, and drive a vision for operations; be passionate about continuously improving performance, technology utilization, and cost competitiveness.
• Accountable for and foster a culture of regulatory compliance and strong environmental, health, and safety performance.
• Coach, mentor, and provide development opportunities for all employees in the manufacturing function, building highly capable teams, and developing skills and expertise.
