Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Summit, NJ, is seeking an Associate Specialist for Value Stream Cryo Operations to supervise cryopreservation, movement and storage of patient materials at the CAR T manufacturing facility. You will support LN2 systems, inventory and documentation in a fast-paced, GMP environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Associate degree or Medical Technical degree with 0–2 years of manufacturing/operations experience.
• High School diploma/GED with 2–4 years of manufacturing or operations experience.
• Knowledge of cGMP and FDA-regulated environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Cryopreservation and management of patient materials, including processing, storage, transfer, distribution and disposal.
• Maintain sample tracking and chain of custody per GMP procedures.
• Dispose of expired or obsolete materials according to procedures.
• Perform sample queries, inventory tracking and storage reporting.
• Support investigations, deviations and CAPA closures for cryopreservation materials.
• Execute batch records per cGMPs, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Maintain on-time execution of cryopreservation and logistics activities with production schedules.
• Manage LN2 storage inventory and daily cryopreservation operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and drive efficiency.
• Ensure documentation is compliant with GDP requirements.
