Qualifications

• PhD in structural biology or related field preferred; master’s with cryo-EM experience considered.
• Experience with cryo-EM data processing and structure determination beyond upstream prep.
• Strong scripting and pipeline development for cryo-EM data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated cryo-EM data processing and reporting workflows.
• Leverage AI to reduce manual documentation and improve data traceability.
• Create reusable analysis tools supporting structural biology experiments.
