Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep training in cryoEM data processing (single particle analysis, tomography or microED).
• Familiarity with EPU and CryoSPARC software packages.
• Familiarity with working at the Linux command line to control data processing programs without GUIs.
• Experience developing scripts, data-processing pipelines, reports, or scientific visualizations.
• Strong documentation and reproducible-development practices.
• Solid record of scientific publications, presentations or technology innovation.
• Highly organized, with great attention to detail, strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with experimental and computational scientists.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust, user-centered automation workflows for cryoEM data processing, reporting, and scientific decision support.
• Combine practical understanding of structural biology and cryoEM workflows with computational skills to leverage AI to reduce manual documentation, improve data traceability, and create standardized, reusable analysis tools.
