Qualifications

• Experience operating crushers or heavy equipment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot.
• Knowledge of aggregate production processes and material specs.
• Ability to read manuals, safety procedures, and production requirements.
• Basic reporting via PC/tablet.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate primary and secondary crushing equipment to produce aggregate per specs.
• Monitor material flow, gradation, and quality.
• Inspect crushers, conveyors, screens and related equipment for maintenance or safety issues.
• Adjust controls to regulate size, throughput, and efficiency.
• Perform basic maintenance, clear jams, and lubricate parts.
• Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance staff to resolve issues.
• Maintain production logs and equipment condition reports.
• Follow safety policies and MSHA regulations.
• Assist with start-up and shutdown procedures.
