Job summary

Idaho Materials & Construction, a CRH company, is seeking a safety-focused Crusher Equipment Operator to support aggregate production. You will operate and monitor portable and stationary crushing and screening equipment, ensuring product quality and adherence to safety standards.

The role requires experience with crushing and screening processes, ability to perform routine maintenance, and strong teamwork. MSHA training or the ability to obtain it is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• MSHA training or ability to obtain required certifications.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate crushing, screening, conveying, and related equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and basic repairs.
• Coordinate with loaders and plant personnel to maintain production.
• Complete production, maintenance, and inspection reports.
• Follow safety policies and environmental requirements.
