Job summary

Burdick Materials, a CRH Company, Roosevelt, UT, seeks a Crusher Operator to safely and efficiently run crushing plant equipment in our aggregate production operation.

You will monitor material flows, perform routine maintenance, document logs, and help ensure product quality and safety. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work outdoors in varying weather are essential. This role offers opportunities for growth within a large, safety-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Experience operating crushers or similar heavy equipment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Knowledge of aggregate production processes and material specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate primary and secondary crushing equipment to produce crushed stone, sand, and gravel according to specifications.
• Monitor plant operations to ensure proper material flow, gradation, and quality standards.
• Perform routine inspections of crushers, conveyors, screens, and related equipment to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns.
• Adjust controls to regulate material size, throughput, and production efficiency.
• conduct lubrication tasks and basic maintenance as needed.
