Qualifications

• Successful completion of an approved travel school or substantial experience as a travel agent.
• Experience in planning and booking domestic and international travel itineraries including airline tickets, cruises, tours, hotels, car rental, and related travel products.

Responsibilities

• Sell AAA Michigan travel products and actively solicits new business.
• Promote and sell tours, cruises, and ancillary travel services.
• Advise customers on travel requirements, conditions, penalties and changes.
• Process reservations, collect payments and prepare travel documents.
• Maintain production standards and achieve revenue goals for the branch.
• Assist in daily travel operations as needed.
