Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Utility Worker to support multiple shipboard departments, maintain a clean and organized environment, and assist with equipment maintenance. You will work under supervision and collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations aboard.

The role requires reliability, the ability to work long hours, and solid English communication. You will assist guests and crew, help with luggage during embarkation, and follow strict safety procedures at sea.

Qualifications

Experience in hospitality or maritime setting preferred but not required.
Basic cleaning techniques and sanitation knowledge.
Physical fitness for manual labor.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work long hours and various shifts on a cruise ship.
Basic English language skills.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize public and crew areas, floors, restrooms.
Sort and dispose of waste; maintain waste storage areas.
Assist in maintenance and repair of equipment like laundry machines and dishwashers.
Manage inventory: receiving, storing and distributing supplies.
Assist guests and crew, including luggage handling and delivering items.
Follow safety procedures; report hazards and incidents.
Communicate with supervisors and other departments; attend meetings.
