Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking a galley assistant aboard our cruise ship in Miami. You will clean and sanitize galley areas, assist with food preparation and plating, and help store and rotate stocks to maintain freshness.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, equipment, and utensils onboard the cruise ship.
• Assist with food preparation and plating when needed.

• Assist with loading and unloading of food and supplies.
• Dispose of waste and garbage per company policies and regulations.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to the kitchen manager.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager.
