MSC Cruises USA is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as MSC Cruise Concierges in Fort Lauderdale. This outbound telephone sales role leverages high-quality leads to build relationships with guests and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a base salary of $10/hour plus commission, with average earnings of $75,000–$85,000 per year and a performance-based hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of Sales experience; two years sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• US Passport or US Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Sell MSC Cruise vacation packages to direct customers using product knowledge.
• Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and guests.
• Maximize all opportunities in the sale.
• Maintain contact with all clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all guests and potential customers within Siebel and develop a database of qualified leads.
• Meet assigned annual sales quota and KPIs.
• Assist in departmental sales to move soft sailings and last-minute inventory.
• Proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships with support departments.
• Adherence to schedule, objectives, and goals.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Flexibility to work occasional extended hours, evening hours, and weekends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; basic computer skills.
