Fora seeks a Cruise Operations Manager to own day-to-day cruise operations as we launch a new booking portal. You will lead cross-functional efforts to ensure smooth rollout, adoption, and ongoing optimization.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Cruise Operations, you will build scalable processes, partner with Product Operations and Booking Platform, and help drive growth while maintaining exceptional advisor and traveler experiences in New York City.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in operations or project management.
• Experience independently managing multiple projects end to end.
• Strong analytical skills with data reporting experience.
• Proven ability to design, improve, and scale operational processes.
• Ownership of a business function with proactive execution.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams.
• Experience with operational systems and tools (Jira, booking platforms, CRM, BI, spreadsheets).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day cruise operations, ensuring high-quality support and operational excellence.
• Oversee workflows related to the cruise booking portal rollout, adoption, and optimization.
• Lead multiple projects from planning through execution and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes at scale and implement scalable solutions.
• Monitor performance through reporting and data analysis to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Senior Manager, Cruise Operations to grow and scale the cruise business.
• Assist with group booking management, inventory tracking, and coordination with cruise lines.
• Partner with Product Operations, Booking Platform, and other internal teams to improve systems and outcomes.
• Create clear, executive-ready presentations communicating updates and metrics.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment with new priorities.
