Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong customer service background, ideally in hotels or restaurants serving continental cuisine.
• Fluent in spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional service in all dining areas.
• Follow Carnival’s service standards to ensure every meal exceeds expectations.
• Maintain grooming and appearance in line with guidelines.
• Comply with USPH and safety regulations.
• Support beverage stations and service areas, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
• Assist in Room Service and Alternate Dining operations, delivering orders and logs.
• Engage with guests, offering assistance and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Participate in ongoing training for skill development.
• Report equipment or operational issues to supervisor promptly.
