Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in scheduling, inventory, or transaction analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Experience with SAP (S/4 preferred) and inventory reporting.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and validate product movement transactions to ensure accuracy within SAP S/4.
• Analyze inventory builds/draws and run recurring system reports.
• Review and resolve discrepancies, including escalated DEW (Discrepancy Error Workbench) items.
• Support schedulers, traders, and accounting to ensure accurate reflection of trades and positions.
• Execute corrections related to nominations, accruals, and ticketing errors.
• Assist with troubleshooting when transactions do not produce expected inventory results.
• Prepare reconciliation summaries and communicate findings to leadership.
• Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Provide support during high-volume periods (month-end close).
