Responsibilities include creating work packages, estimating labor and materials, and maintaining CMMS data while driving continuous improvement in planning and scheduling processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling processes.
• Ability to develop detailed job plans and execution-ready work packages.
• Proficiency with CMMS and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo).
• Experience coordinating with Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
• Knowledge of safety, regulatory, and quality requirements in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed maintenance job plans with labor, materials, tools, and durations.
• Review work requests for scope, priority, and readiness.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and contractors to ensure execution readiness.
• Maintain and update planning data within CMMS.
• Support backlogs and timely scheduling of approved maintenance work.
• Create standardized job plans and maintenance documentation.
