Collaborating with traders, optimization, and operations, you will identify transport and inventory optimization opportunities while minimizing risk and ensuring reliable feedstock supply.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating pipeline, waterborne, truck, rail or vessel movements.
• Strong analytical and commercial awareness for supply optimization.
• Ability to monitor inventories and transportation schedules with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Nominate and schedule movements using scheduling systems for pipelines, waterborne, truck, rail and/or deliveries.
• Communicate planned movements with traders, optimizers, counterparties, customers and terminals.
• Provide timely inventory position information to Trading, Pricing, Marketing, Trucking and Supervision.
• Respond to unexpected events with contingency plans to minimize supply disruption.
• Coordinate movements independently, identifying constraints and potential optimization opportunities.
• Learn transportation costs and regional supply dynamics to improve desk understanding.
• Train others to cover desk and manage multiple desks fluently.
