Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering or related field.
  • Experience in logistics or shipping operations in trading geography.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities for optimization.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous and changing environments.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and data management.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate safe, timely, and cost-effective crude oil movements across pipelines, terminals, and marine logistics.
  • Collaborate with Trading, Operations, Finance, Risk, and external stakeholders to execute crude supply strategies.
  • Manage scheduling activities including nominations, inventory movements, balancing and reconciliations.
  • Monitor inventory positions, constraints, and risks; provide actionable recommendations.
  • Oversee vessel scheduling, terminal operations, customs compliance, and cost control.
  • Review contracts to ensure alignment with operational execution and quality requirements.
  • Support trade lifecycle activities with accurate reporting and settlement coordination.
