Job summary

Plains, a leading transportation and midstream provider, seeks a detail‑oriented Contract Administrator to enter crude oil transactions into the Contract System, generate contracts, and confirm commercial terms with counterparties.

You will review third‑party contracts, track correspondence, and ensure compliance with risk control guidelines. A BBA or BS degree and US work authorization are required; relocation is not offered and benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and parking.

Qualifications

• BBA or BS degree required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. for the duration of employment.
• Background checks and pre-employment screening per policy.

Responsibilities

• Enter crude oil purchase/sale transactions into the Contract System accurately.
• Generate crude oil purchase/sale contracts to send to third parties.
• Review and confirm commercial terms of physical trades with third parties.
• Compare third party contracts and broker recap details to internal deal recaps.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies upon contract review.
• Adhere to Risk Control guidelines for contract timelines.
• Generate contract exception reports for Risk Management.
• Log, track, and maintain all contract correspondence.
