Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly close process and post close activities including actualizing crude volumes and reconciling with statements.
• Process and submit transportation payments related to pipeline and terminal activities.
• Settle monthly receivables and payables with external customers; monitor vendor and customer balances in SAP.
• Collaborate with Scheduling, Trading, and other teams to achieve department goals.
• Coordinate requests from internal/external parties and audits; maintain SOX control documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate where possible.
