This role requires active licensure as an RCP and CRT, BLS/ACLS/NRP/PALS within 1 year, and 1+ years of respiratory therapy experience. You will collaborate with physicians and nurses, participate in education, and support ventilator management.

Qualifications

• CoARC or CoARTE approved Respiratory Care Program.
• Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) in IDFPR.
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by NBRC.
• BLS within 30 days; ACLS, NRP, and PALS within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Performs respiratory care for patients across ages and acuities.
• Interprets physician orders and individualizes therapy.
• Ventilator management and maintenance; sets alarms and modes.
• Performs bedside tests and ensures accurate documentation.
• Educates patients and collaborates with the care team.
