Qualifications

Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) in good standing (IDFPR)
Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) NBRC
Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 1 year
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within 1 year
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 1 year
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) within 1 year

Responsibilities

Provide respiratory therapy across various age groups following physician orders
Manage ventilator settings and monitor patient status
Educate patients and staff about respiratory care and treatments
Document care and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
