• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days - AHA
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 1 year - AHA
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within 1 year - AAP
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 1 year - AHA
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) within 1 year

Responsibilities

• Performs patient care activities including all forms of respiratory therapy
• Interprets and executes physician orders
• Demonstrates ability to individualize therapy to meet patient needs
• Ventilator management and maintenance
• Documents all therapy and ventilator data accurately
• Assists in patient rounds and collaborates with physicians and nurses
