• Clinical experience in respiratory therapy across age groups and acuity
• Ventilator management and patient assessment skills

Responsibilities

• Performs full spectrum respiratory therapy care for patients
• Interprets physician orders and individualizes therapy
• Manages ventilator settings, alarms, and weaning protocols
• Documents care, medication administration, and unit records
• Educates patients and healthcare staff on respiratory care
• Participates in rounds and collaborates with the care team
