CRSS certification is required to qualify. The role focuses on peer support, recovery coaching, and creating a safe environment for adults with psychiatric disorders, within a compassionate care team.

Qualificações

• CRSS credential required.
• Experience in psycho-social rehab, psychiatry, substance abuse support preferred.
• Demonstrates tolerance and compassion for adults with psychiatric disorders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide peer-oriented individual and group counseling to support wellness recovery plans.
• Assist with recreational and leisure activities as appropriate.
• Foster a safe, motivating, and supportive environment for clients.
• Encourage recovery and empowerment through CRSS principles.
