Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Commitment to safety rules and regulations.
• Minimum 2 years industrial maintenance millwright experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.
• Proficient in 2-3 areas including electricity, electronics, PLC, logic, millwrighting, power transmission, welding, hydraulics.
• Read and understand blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Ability to use maintenance tools.
• Good communications skills and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mill maintenance systems and lead area projects.
• Cross train in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance.
• Attend training seminars onsite and offsite.
• Utilize computerized maintenance systems.
• Demonstrate systemic troubleshooting decision making.
• Participate in meetings, team feedback, and performance reviews.
