Job summary

BOLD is seeking a Senior Project Manager I (Contract-to-Hire) to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple business units. You will drive projects from planning through delivery, balancing scope, velocity, and quality while managing dependencies and risks.

You’ll work within the Product Technology group to deliver measurable results, partnering with stakeholders and executive leadership to align roadmaps with business outcomes and maintain delivery momentum.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering medium to large, cross-functional projects
• Ability to work with high tactical independence and clear execution steps
• Deep working knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban/SDLC and when to tailor the process

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large, complex projects across multiple business units
• Remove systemic blockers and maintain alignment through delivery
• Communicate with structured messaging to ensure transparency and informed decisions
• Build high-trust partnerships across functions and resolve conflicts
• Identify risks early and drive root-cause analysis across initiatives
• Connect project plans to business outcomes and drive prioritization discussions
• Navigate cross-functional processes and lead teams through change
• Optimize PM tools and workflows to improve clarity and delivery quality
