Southwest Warehouse Solutions in Mira Loma, CA is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer projects from initiation through close-out. You will guide cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive profitability with disciplined execution and documentation control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience) is required.
• PMP certification is preferred but not required for consideration.
• Experience managing projects to defined scope, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects using predictive methodologies when scope is defined.
• Manage full project lifecycle: turnover, procurement, installation, inspections and close-out.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.
• Manage project budgets to achieve targeted gross profit.
• Prepare and validate BOMs, costs and installation impacts.
• Coordinate with AHJs for permitting, revisions, approvals, and inspections.
• Collaborate with structural engineers and technical consultants as required.
• Conduct site visits and installation oversight as needed.
• Maintain accurate project records in company workflow system.
• Ensure deliverables and customer sign-off are completed.
