The position oversees quotes, drawings, and coordination with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and value for customers, with a focus on improving processes and margins.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to perform duties with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong prioritization and time management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Office).
• Experience interpreting architectural drawings and providing customer support or sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes.
• Provide product knowledge and opportunities to customers.
• Secure schedules for internal planning and execution.
• Prepare and review customer quotes and drawings.
• Review customer drawings and translate to Royston capabilities.
• Navigate and utilize required customer portals.
• Support National Account Managers for project hand-offs.
