Job summary

Royston LLC in Jasper, GA is seeking a Project Manager to oversee factory-based servicing and drive projects across the organization, ensuring customer requirements are met. You will advocate for the customer and coordinate across departments to deliver on time and within scope.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate schedules, quotes, and drawings while continuously seeking process improvements and cost reductions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Position Summary

TheProject Manager is the factory-based servicing representativeresponsiblefor ensuring Royston’s performance in response to customer opportunities. This is thecustomer’s internal advocate, driving projects across the organization whileensuring that the goals and objectives of the business are met. The ProjectManager’s success will be measured by theirability to effectively utilizeand challenge Royston’s resources to meet or exceed thecustomer’s requirements.

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams across the organization to desired project outcome
• Provide product knowledge and opportunities to customers
• Secureconstruction/planning/forecasting schedules for internal planning and execution
• Prepare/review customer quotes and drawings
• Continually look for opportunities to increase offering value, improve processes, reducecosts, and increase standard product offering
• Initiate, drive,and review first articles/prototypes to meet and exceed customer’s needs
• Work in support of National Account Managers for project hand-offs, reviewing and refining information so we areable to “make offer” to thecustomer
• Review customer-provided drawings and translate to Royston’s capabilities/offering
• Navigate and utilize required customer portals
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications / Skills:

To perform this job successfully, this individual must be self-motivated and able to perform all duties and responsibilities with minimal supervision. This individual must bean excellent communicator with an ability to work effectively across the organization. This will require the individual to effectively hand off project information in an appropriate time frame to ensure the success of their team. This individual must always be looking forward, proactively searching for new opportunities and ways to improve our position with thecustomer,i.e., new products, improved function, manufacturing reviews to share improved costs with ourcustomers while improving our margins.
