Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in the healthcare sector.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• PMP or other relevant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex healthcare projects on time and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Serve as primary contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to ensure successful project implementation.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior leadership.
• Ensure projects comply with healthcare regulations and best practices.
