You’ll work with CAD, design, pricing, and material planning to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and support sales from quote to install. This role values ownership, problem solving, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects across sales, admin and production.
• Ability to translate contracts/designs into production requirements.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own project success rather than passing tasks between people.
• Communicate across the company including sales, admin, production and management.
• Assist sales with CAD, design, pricing, and answering questions to solve problems.
• Review sold contracts and designs for completeness and accuracy.
• Translate contract and design information into clear production requirements.
• Develop cut lists for manufacturing.
• Track inventory and order required materials, components, and accessories.
