Job summary

HTC Global Services seeks a Program Coordinator to support cross-functional programs and leadership events. You will partner with project leads, maintain documentation, track progress, and keep initiatives on schedule in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of program coordination experience in a large corporate setting, and strong Microsoft 365 proficiency including SharePoint and Copilot. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years in program coordination within a large corporate environment.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple functions or departments.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel) and Copilot.
• Familiarity with Planner and SharePoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of cross-functional programs and projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across multiple business functions and stakeholders.
• Track milestones, action items, and project progress; identify schedule risks.
• Assist with planning and execution of leadership meetings, town halls, and large-scale events.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, attendee communications, room setup, and AV arrangements.
• Assist with agenda creation and documentation for recurring meetings and governance sessions.
• Communicate project status updates using data-driven reporting.
• Support process improvements to enhance collaboration and project execution.
• Help ensure projects are completed within scope, timelines, and resources.
• Prepare reports and presentations using quantitative data.
• Identify project risks and support mitigation planning.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while supporting leadership.
