Job summary

HTC Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Program Integration & Regulatory Compliance Engineer in Allen Park, MI. The role focuses on ensuring vehicle safety compliance and homologation across global markets throughout the product lifecycle.

You will identify regulatory requirements, support compliance planning, and collaborate with engineering teams to maintain documentation and progress. Strong communication and knowledge of FMVSS/ECE/GCC rules are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 year of program management experience (coursework may be considered).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of global automotive regulatory requirements (FMVSS, ECE, GCC, China).
  • Knowledge of vehicle self-certification and type approval processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify safety regulatory and homologation requirements for vehicle programs across global markets.
  • Support cross-functional engineering teams in meeting regulatory compliance throughout product development.
  • Develop and maintain safety compliance plans for vehicle programs.
  • Participate in regulatory planning activities and support implementation of compliance requirements.
  • Support development and execution of homologation plans for global markets.
  • Track compliance documentation submissions and homologation progress.
  • Provide compliance risk assessments at key program milestones and reviews.
  • Support compliance demonstrations during development, launch, engineering changes, and field evaluations.
  • Contribute to program management to support timelines.

Overview

We are seeking a Program Integration & Regulatory Compliance Engineer to support vehicle safety compliance and homologation activities throughout the product development lifecycle. This role is responsible for identifying applicable safety regulatory requirements, supporting compliance planning, tracking homologation progress, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure regulatory compliance across global markets.
