Job summary

Proper Beverage Company is seeking a Production Floater to support multiple production areas and maintain smooth operations on a 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2pm–12am) in Kentwood, MI.

This role covers absences, balances workloads, and assists with bottlenecks, requiring adaptability, teamwork, and a working knowledge of production processes. Forklift experience is preferred, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or food/beverage production is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are expected.
• Adherence to safety and quality standards in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• End-of-Line Production Support: Remove finished goods, label, count, and palletize.
• Core Production Duties: Manage depalletizer, operate forklift, support production flow during absences or peak periods.
• General Production Support: Stock materials, monitor quality with QC, collaborate across shifts.
