Job summary

Proper Beverage Co. is seeking a Production Associate to support end-of-line production activities and assist with the Variety Pack line in a fast-paced manufacturing setting in Kentwood, MI. You will remove finished goods from the line, stack them on pallets, and ensure accurate labeling and counts for storage or shipment.

The role is full-time, 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, 2pm–12am, with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and teamwork in a growing beverage manufacturer.

Responsibilities

• End-of-Line Production Support: remove finished goods from the line and stack them on pallets.
• Ensure accurate labeling, counts, and organization of pallets for storage or shipment.
• Assist with Variety Pack line operations as needed.
• Operate near machinery and forklifts while following SOPs and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area in a fast-paced environment.
