Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking an Integrated Marketing Specialist to create, implement, and manage marketing for new shop openings, strengthening brand presence in emerging markets. You will lead planning, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive successful Grand Openings.

The role requires strong project management, data analysis, and communication skills, with a focus on multi-unit marketing in a fast-paced environment. In-office Phoenix location with four days on-site per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration or 4 years of comparable experience.
• 2+ years in local, field or grand opening marketing or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Multi-unit QSR or retail experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with grand opening marketing efforts to ensure successful startup and ramp of new locations.
• Develop comprehensive marketing plans for new shops/markets including goals, budget and integrated plans.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of new shop campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategy, on time and on budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate creative development, advertising, signage, promotions and media plans.
• Identify process improvements, assist with budget optimization, and drive efficiencies in spend.
• Build strong relationships with field teams and vendor partners to enable timely execution.
