Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of related business, administrative, customer service, operations, or office management experience.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business technology.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, visitors, and employees.
• Processing orders, coordinating shipments, and providing outstanding customer service.
• Working closely with production to keep customer orders moving efficiently and on schedule.
• Coordinating freight, logistics, export documentation, and shipping activities.
• Assisting with payroll, onboarding, employee benefits, recruiting, and HR administration.
• Processing invoices, credits, inventory transactions, and production reporting in NetSuite.
• Supporting accounting, inventory management, and office operations.
• Participating in process improvements and special projects that make our business better.
