Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, management or related field.
• 2+ years in business operations, administration, or related areas.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, KPIs, reports and business data.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Keep day-to-day operations organized and support ownership and department leaders.
• Maintain KPI reporting, prepare monthly reports and presentations, track trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and document new processes.
• Support HR activities including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll and compliance.
• Coordinate marketing activities, customer growth, and performance tracking.
• Manage vendor communications, renewals and deadlines, and administrative tasks.
• Lead special projects and take ownership to move initiatives forward.
• Be flexible and step in to help across the organization as needed.
