Job summary

Northwest Hardwoods is seeking an entry-level Operations Finance Specialist at our Dorchester, WI facility. The role focuses on production reporting, lumber inventory support, and basic financial recordkeeping while working closely with site leadership and finance partners.

This position offers growth in operations finance, manufacturing accounting, and related administrative functions within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience or training in bookkeeping, accounting, finance, inventory, or related administrative work desired.
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles and inventory concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for site operations and finance activities.
• Enter and verify production information in company systems.
• Maintain records of lumber production, inventory movement, and site activity.
• Assist with monthly/weekly production reporting requirements.
• Support payroll and HR administration as trained.
• Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
