Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Google Workspace and waterfall/gantt chart project trackers.

Responsibilities

• Intake, prioritization, and scheduling across Marketing, Community, and Art.
• Timeline and deliverable management for game updates, social campaigns, and community events.
• Reviews, approvals, feedback loops, and early risk flagging.
• Be the cross-functional point of contact between creative, marketing, community, production, and publishing.
• Coordinate existing freelancers and vendors within scope and budget.
