The role requires strong numeracy, accuracy, and familiarity with MS Office and accounting software. Training across departments is provided to build a well-rounded accounting professional.

• Proven experience in accounting and clerical tasks.
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
• Hands-on with spreadsheets and financial reports.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
• Cross-train in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing and Inventory Control.
• Type accurately and maintain accounting documents and records.
• Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner and enter transactions.
• Research/discrepancies and inform management with reports.
• Process incoming sales orders and change orders.
