Job summary

TCL North America seeks a Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead day-to-day cross-border inventory flow, warehouse operations, transportation, and order fulfillment for the El Paso/Juárez network. You will be the primary link between 3PLs, carriers, Demand Planning, and Order Management to ensure reliable movement of inventory and customer orders.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on supply chain leadership with experience in cross-border logistics, inventory management, and continuous improvement;

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field required.
• Strong analytical and Excel capabilities; experience with ERP/WMS/EDI.
• Experience managing cross-border cross-functional teams and 3PLs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily supply chain and warehouse execution in El Paso/Juárez.
• Oversee 3PL performance, inventory accuracy, and on-time fulfillment.
• Coordinate cross-border transportation and inbound inventory.
• Drive continuous improvement in cost, service, and productivity.
