Job summary

You will mentor senior engineers, shape technical direction, and collaborate with product leadership to navigate complex cross-border requirements and compliance at Walmart scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of software engineering experience; or 6+ years as alternative path.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-service architecture and system design for cross-border trade systems.
• Set and enforce coding standards, testing practices, and SDLC compliance across CBT engineering teams.
• Collaborate with product leadership to assess feasibility and surface risks early.
• Own production readiness, define SLOs/SLAs, and drive observability across platforms.
• Mentor senior engineers and drive a high-performance engineering culture.
