Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose customer needs and support sales in cross-border solutions.
• Educate teams on cross-border requirements and market trends.
• Identify improvements to shipper experience and service execution.
• Develop strategic relationships with warehouse, facility, vendor, and border partners.
• Conduct reviews and site visits to ensure SLA/KPI targets.
• Negotiate renewals, expansions, pricing, and growth.
• Act as SME on cross-border operations influencing strategy.
• Build and retain a portfolio of cross-border carriers with capacity teams.
• Monitor carrier performance across PTA, OTD, dwell, and SOP adherence.
• Escalate major service issues and drive root-cause analysis.
