Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments from supplier pickup through final delivery, ensuring visibility and compliance.
• Manage import/export activities, including customs documentation, duties, and broker coordination.
• Serve as primary contact for freight forwarders, brokers, carriers, and logistics providers.
• Monitor shipments and resolve delays, holds, and discrepancies.
• Coordinate intercompany transfers ensuring purchasing, inventory, and shipping accuracy.
• Process and expedite purchase orders aligned with production schedules and customer commitments.
• Track open orders and work with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Build relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to optimize operations.
• Maintain accurate shipping, customs, and purchasing records in ERP systems.
